This inspiring, fun and feminine weekend will carry each of us deeper into who we are as women, as mothers and daughters, or nieces and aunties, to celebrate our similarities and our uniqueness. With curiosity and humour, together we can open the sometimes awkward or challenging conversations about growing up, offer many perspectives, and let young girls know we are here to listen and support them on the ongoing journey of Womanhood.

Cost of the weekend: $480 per mother-daughter* couple. Spaces limited, Deposits essential to confirm your place. Concessions available.

*If you want to come with a girl who is not your daughter (niece, friend’s daughter, step daughter, granddaughter, etc.) that is perfectly fine. Please contact me for further discussion.

“Setting time aside to participate in this weekend seemed difficult before we did it; you know life is so busy when you are rearing children. This weekend has added to my insights on many levels – as a woman, a mother, a daughter, a granddaughter. The content and stories shared is nourishing in a way that I know nothing else can do, or have the same lasting impact”.

“Moana’s work bridges a gap in our western culture that ancient societies have been honouring for thousands of years. Moana is a wise woman and one who is very in touch with the needs of young adolescent girls, as well as their mothers. I feel privileged to have discovered her work and will be taking my 2nd daughter along too when she is old enough. I highly recommend Welcome to Womanhood weekend workshops. You and your daughter will connect with each other and be nourished in a way like no other.” – Sue Nunn, mother of 11 y.o.  daughter

  1. Hello Moana, when are the warm welcome to womanhood day’s held? My 10yo daughter and myself are desperately looking for something that doesn’t feel logistically impossible. We live in the Gold Coast hinterland and haven’t found anything local. Warm
    Blessings
    Renee 🙂

    • Hello Renee
Thanks for reaching out. I honour your recognition of the importance of puberty messages and support and the need for offering our girls a greater perspective than any one mother can provide.
I have emailed you some info today. I am also open to coming to your area to run a local program there if there is enough interest. Easier for me to travel than a whole group of mothers and daughters!
May all our daughters grow wise and strong, with models of sisterhood and compassionate, courageous women.
      Talk soon.
